Private One-on-One Pilates Sessions

Private one-on-one sessions are tailored to your specific goals and needs. They are a combination of exercises on the mat as well as the Pilates equipment that uses spring resistance. The sessions assist you in gaining strength and proper alignment in a stress-free way. 

I would love to help you find what you need in order to move with ease, feel confident and strong in your body and help you achieve your personal goals.

Virtual Pilates Sessions

If you are not able to come into my studio, no worries, we can do private sessions online. 

Never having taught virtual sessions before, at first I was hesitant. But there is a certain ease and simplicity to doing online sessions, and you’ll be amazed at how well the work of Pilates comes through on screen – I was.

Online sessions provide the same level of personalization, detail and support from the comfort of your home or wherever you may be!

Virtual Classes

I teach one weekly class via Zoom on Wednesdays from 7:20-8:15 am PST. This can be done on its own or in addition to your private pilates sessions. Contact me for more info about the classes or to sign up.
