Pelvic Floor Video Series
For women of all ages:
Through these videos you will learn about your Pelvic floor and heal pelvic floor dysfunction such as leaking and prolapse. You will gain knowledge and awareness of your pelvic floor as well as a stronger core and improved posture.

Each video is a combination of educational content, as well as movement, releasing and strengthening.

What you will need:
For this series of videos, it is suggested that you have the following props. However, if you do not have these things, please do not let it prevent you from doing the videos, There are ways to improvise.
- A Gertie ball like this or something similar (or a roller could work as well).
- A small ball like this or a tennis or racquetball.
Every woman deserves to have a healthy pelvic floor that functions well.
Having had pelvic floor issues myself, I know how frustrating (and embarrassing) it can be.

In this four video series you will learn how the pelvic floor works: how it stabilizes your spine, supports your organs, stops leaks and increases sexual satisfaction.
We will discuss muscle imbalances (in our hips and spine) and how those can contribute to pelvic floor dysfunction.
And you will learn about the importance of healthy breathing as well as “proper” posture, and how those relate to a healthy pelvic floor.
These videos are great for you if you simply want to become aware of and learn more about your pelvic floor, or if you are trying to heal certain pelvic floor dysfunctions.
Each video starts with varying educational content (anatomy, posture, the breath, muscle imbalances) and then moves into exercises that will help strengthen your core and bring strength and relaxation to the pelvic floor.
